Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern the rights and obligations between you and LiaoWeiWan (the Service). Please read them carefully before use; by using the Service you agree to these Terms.
What the Service does
The Service lets you upload past chat history to build an AI memory persona based on that history, which replies through LINE.
This is an AI simulation, not the real person
A persona is an AI simulation generated from chat history. The voice may feel close, but it can be inaccurate and does not represent anyone’s real wishes.
The Service makes no claim of bringing anyone back and provides no legal, financial, or medical decisions.
Accounts and eligibility
You must register an account with accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
If you do not have full legal capacity, use the Service with the consent of a legal guardian.
Acceptable use
You warrant that you have the lawful right to the chat history you upload and have obtained any necessary consent from the people involved.
You must not use the Service to harass, impersonate, or mislead others, or for any unlawful purpose.
Plans and payment
The Service offers three plans — Free trial, Lite, and Companion — with the contents and prices shown on the pricing page.
Lite includes a one-time fee for the first full build; additional replies can be purchased once your allowance runs out.
Payments are processed by the payment service CREEM.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of the current period.
Monthly fees already paid and the one-time build fee are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Content and responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload and bear responsibility for any dispute arising from a breach of these Terms or infringement of others’ rights.
Safety and crisis
The Service is not an emergency or medical service. In a crisis or self-harm situation, the persona guides toward professional help.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a professional organization immediately.
Changes and termination
The Service may adjust, suspend, or discontinue all or part of its features for operational or compliance reasons.
Accounts that breach these Terms may be limited or suspended.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, it makes no warranty as to the accuracy of content or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
The Traditional Chinese version of these Terms prevails; other languages are provided for reference only, and the Traditional Chinese version controls in case of conflict.
